Take Your Vehicle To Any ASE-Certified® Mechanic
Take your vehicle to your dealer or ASE-Certified® repair facility of your choice.
Your Repair Shop Contacts Us
Once there, give your contract to the Service Manager or Certified Technician, who in turn will contact your service contract provider’s direct claims department.
CarShield Will Then Pay 100% of the Covered Costs After Your Deductible
Your covered claim will be paid directly to the ASE-Certified® repair facility.
